Vegan Borshch

Our plant-based version of our traditional family recipe, craft made in the Okanagan from locally sourced ingredients. We only replace two ingredients from the original recipe maintaining the flavour and a lot of the richness of traditional borshch. 

Cabbage, tomatoes, Grand Forks potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, oat milk, green pepper, beets, green onion, dill, coconut milk, avocado oil, sea salt & black pepper
