Tortilla Soup

Our take on a favorite traditional Mexican soup craft made in the Okanagan from locally sourced ingredients. We use slightly sweet, slightly tangy and subtly smoky guajillo chilies which are full of flavor but not spicy. We love this soup garnished with avocado, cilantro, thinly sliced radish, toasted tortilla strips and a soft cheese like fresh mozzarella or plant-based cheese. 

Tomatoes, onions, red pepper, poblano pepper, carrot, guajillo chili, garlic, masa (corn flour, hydrated lime), cilantro, lime juice, Mexican oregano, salt, black pepper
