Veggie Bolognese

Our plant-based recipe of the traditional hearty Italian ragù, craft made in the Okanagan with locally sourced ingredients and fresh veggies. Loaded with veggies, mushrooms and two varieties of lentils it's a rich, savory and satisfying sauce.

How we like it: On pasta with a side of steamed broccoli seasoned with balsamic vinegar, as a base for meatless Shepherd's Pie, or on a bun as Sloppy Joe's
